'Why influence beats authority' presented by Nolan Nadesan

Authority is a social, political and business structure that grants an individual rights to make decisions and give orders. Influence is an equally common and powerful phenomenon that relies on nothing more than words and relationships. During the next PMSA KwaZulu Natal event Nolan Nadesan discusses with attendees the impact of influence vs authority on project delivery.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Nolan is a Project Manager, specialising in software development projects, with over 8 years of experience gained across industries - FMGC, Logistics, Government Parastatals, Software Entertainment, Retail, E-Commerce and Manufacturing. 

He obtained a BSc Computer Science Degree and a Hons (BSc) Information Systems Degree. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well CISA, CISM and CGEIT from ISACA.
