His expertise spans delivery management, programme and project management, PMO development and governance, compliance and governance initiatives, Agile software development, infrastructure rollouts, and large-scale production implementations.

Arnold holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
