Lesotho Branch

Lesotho branch

PMSA Branches serve as the regional presence of Project Management South Africa (PMSA), providing members with opportunities for professional engagement, networking, continuous professional development (CPD), and knowledge sharing within their local communities.

Branches are established in regions where there is a strong concentration of members and sufficient volunteer capacity to support sustainable operations. PMSA currently has active branches in various regions across South Africa and neighbouring countries, each led by dedicated volunteer professionals committed to advancing the project management profession.

Branches play an important role in supporting PMSA’s purpose of advancing the country, one successful project at a time, by facilitating local events, professional forums, networking sessions, mentorship programmes and industry engagement initiatives aligned with PMSA’s national strategy.

Members are encouraged to become actively involved in branch activities, either through attendance, volunteering, or by contributing specialist expertise to initiatives such as professional development, events coordination, knowledge sharing, ethics, governance, mentorship, and community engagement.

Please note that PMSA Branch leadership positions are voluntary in nature, and leadership structures may change from time to time as they are democratically elected at the branch Annual General Meeting (AGM) every two years. To ensure continuity and effective support, all formal enquiries are encouraged to be directed through the National Office for appropriate guidance and referral.

Corporate Involvement

As a Non-Profit Company, PMSA is funded through membership fees and donations. Your organisation can contribute to the sustainability, professionalisation and continuous improvement of the 3PM  (project, programme and portfolio management) profession by funding the administrative and logistical arrangements for the purpose of upkeeping PMSA as an organisation and its activities.

PMSA is applying for approval to issue Section 18A tax certificates, which means that donors may be able to claim tax deductions from South Africa revenue authorities for qualifying donations made to PMSA. This could make supporting PMSA more attractive for sponsors, donors, and corporate partners. Once approved, this will be issued upon request.

Our sponsorship packages are designed to support PMSA’s professional development events, knowledge-sharing platforms, and member engagement initiatives throughout the year.

For sponsorship enquiries and branch-related information, please contact the PMSA National Office
