ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Carol Mould is a registered Organisational Psychologist in private practice, as well as a learning facilitator, having delivered training in project management and soft skills for many years. Carol holds honours degrees in Information Systems and Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology. She is also a certified PMP® (Project Management Professional), and a qualified coach. Having started out in the IT field as a software developer and later moving into project management, Carol became fascinated by human behaviour and the factors that could account for vast differences in performance. This interest influenced Carol’s decision to embark on studies in the psychology field.
ABOUT THE TALK
Carol will share some of the current thinking about the Growth Mindset, and give you practical takeaways that you can immediately put into practice at work, and in life. The talk draws on Carol Dweck’s work in this space, and also incorporates ideas from other contemporary researchers and authors, such as Angela Duckworth, and Adam Grant.
