Join Diane Norton in this breakfast workshop on Coaching as a skill to enhance Project Management Success

 

Diane Norton is a Specialist in Organisational Change, Business Transformation, Programme Management and Strategy Facilitation. 

This Breakfast Workshop will be held on Friday 1st September 2017 and will be a practical workshop teaching introductory coaching skills, illustrating how these are applicable to Project Management.  

This will include a discussion on the project management situations in which these skills can significantly improve success in stakeholder management enabling greater project management success.

More about Diane Norton: 

Diane has over 15 Years experience in Project, Program and Organisational Change Management.  She has worked on numerous client assignment in the 7 years she worked at IBM including leading Organisational Change Teams for a large Transformation at Vodacom, and rolling out Cloud based HR system within IBM to Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Caribbean. 

She previously spent over 6 years working for MTN, in specialist Project Management roles and as a Senior Program Manager across various portfolio’s.   In her earlier career she has also been the Principal of a private IT college, amongst other things.    She is currently on a project at Old Mutual as a Senior Project Manager.  

Diane has an MA Industrial Psychology (Stell), and an MPhil Informatics (Pretoria University) 
Over a number of years she has been a Guest Lecturer: UCT Business School, Corporate Leadership Development,  and been a trainer/ educational facilitator throughout her career. 
Diane loves the challenge of creating successful organizational transformation in complex situations, translating strategy into action while bridging Business & IT objectives that are critical to success.
