ABOUT THE TALK

Project management is undoubtedly one of the careers associated with the highest stress levels. We are directly responsible and accountable for success or failure in projects and programs we work on. High or prolonged stress levels can be detrimental to these projects, our health and our family lives.

This session provides an overview of stress and its effects on human beings and will give you the opportunity to participate hands-on in techniques to alleviate these effects. These techniques can be applied in your everyday life – no need to venture on a Buddhist retreat to Tibet.

Do you know what a teabag sounds like?

Have you ever listened to the popping sound in your head when you swallow?
