ABOUT THE EVENT
Front end planning lays the foundation for predictable and efficient project delivery. It is the essential process of developing sufficient strategic and critical information with which owners can address risk and make decisions to commit resources in order to maximize the potential for a successful project.
During this event Mike Murray looks at CII published research on Front End Planning and unpacks the related best practice knowledge domains that support it. CII Best Practices have been proven through extensive industry use and/or validation. The research combines credible, quantitative, university-based research with the expert guidance from personnel at the CII member organisations.
The event concludes with an illustration of one or more of the CII front end planning tools as applied in an industrial, infrastructure, building or mining project.
