TOPIC: Experiential Reflection - Some key projects in KZN
The speaker will be reflecting on his PM experiences in an organization that has PM as one of the strategic services offered. He will talk about how he has gone about managing these projects, challenges faced, and how he has dealt with those challenges.
PRESENTER: Trivi Arjunan, Focus Project Management - Director at LDM CONSULTING
Trivi has 10 years of professional experience encompassing Town and Regional Planning; Development Economics; Market Research and Project Management servicing the needs of clients ranging from Local Government through to Provincial Government Departments and Parastatals.
He is currently a Programme Manager of the eThekwini IRPTN – R10.2bn; Master Planner for the Durban University of Technology and Durban Station Complex; Dube Trade Port Special Economic Zone (SEZ) commissioned by the DTI; the N2 Corridor Plan; KZN Infrasucture Master Plan; and SIP2-KZN. He was recently invited by the HOD of KZN Department of Economic Development to package the KZN Poverty Eradication Master Plan which was approved by Cabinet in December 2014.
