ABOUT THE TALK

Projects cause anxiety and stress. And we all respond differently. This means that we have to work together at our best when our anxiety levels and stress behaviour are actually at our worst. This talk is about understanding your own anxiety and stress reactions better, learning to see anxiety and stress in others and dealing with both so it does not get the better of you, your colleagues and your project.

Claudia will introduce you to a useful model that will give you a practical understanding of our personal responses to a high pressure environment. She will add tips and hands on advise on how to prevent stress and anxiety levels from ratcheting up for us personally and in our project team.

Please bring your questions. We are hoping for a lively discussion.
