Seminar Outcome
This seminar is aimed to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.  We will explore organisational structures, roles and responsibilities, and methods of linking projects successfully to organizational goals.  We will consider impediments that organisations face when implementing goals and how a sensible project management system can overcome these.

About the Facilitator
TIMOTHY J. KLOPPENBORG
Timothy J. Kloppenborg is the Castellini Distinguished Professor of Management at Xavier University Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Tim has consulted and trained with dozens of companies and government organizations.  He supervised over 150 student teams as they planned projects. He has served on a number of boards, having been president of several including the global Colleagues in Jesuit Business Education.  Tim is a retired U.S.A.F. Reserve Major.  He has been active in Project Management Institute (PMI) for 25 years and has been a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for over 20 years. 
Dr. Kloppenborg has published about 100 articles, books, chapters, and papers.  His current books include Strategic Leadership of Portfolio and Project Management, Contemporary Project Management 2nd Ed, Project Leadership and Managing Project Quality. Tim has previously held faculty positions at University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Air Force Institute of Technology and Southern Cross University.  His Ph.D. in Operations Management is from University of Cincinnati.
