This seminar will highlight the changing world of work for project managers. Attendees will leave with a good understanding of how to position themselves to improve their control over, and understand the next-generation projects in the context of a project management career.
The role of Project Managers is changing within organisations. Carol’s focus as a certified Project Management Professional, and as an experienced facilitator, trainer, consultant and coach is the development of project management talent in both individuals and organisations, in a way that benefits both the organisation and the individual.

PRESENTER: Carol Mould, Project Management Portfolio manager at Faculty Training Institute (FTI)
Carol has more than 25 years of work experience, having started out in the IT industry and later moved into project management consulting and skills development across industries. She has been involved at FTI For the past 12 years, and her focus area is the development of project management talent in both individuals and organisations. She is an experienced facilitator, trainer, consultant and coach. She has honours degrees in information systems and psychology and a masters degree in organisational psychology. She is also a certified Project Management Professional. Carol served as the Western Cape branch president of PMSA for several years and is still an active member.
