Presenter: Mondli Mbambo

  

Mondli Mbambo is a project management practitioner and scholar. He serves on the Executive Committee of the PMSA – KZN. He currently works for his two project management consulting firms (Mageza Project Management and Mageza Centre of Excellence for Project). Mondli Mbambo is the sought after Project Management facilitator. He conducts in-house project management trainings for various companies. He also lectures Project Management for Varsity College on a part-time basis. Mondli also worked with various project management consulting firms as the Project Manager. 

  

Currently, Mondli is finalising his research as part of is PhD in Management Studies focusing on Systemic and Strategic Approach in Project Management for local government. One of the key themes that came out of his research is the burden Project Managers have to carry as a result of project stakeholders. Moreover, the new edition of the Project Management Body f Knowledge has added the tenth knowledge area which is Project Stakeholder Management. 

  

His presentation will therefore centre around Project Stakeholder Management.
