ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Peter Brook - Programme/Project Manager, Management Consultant, Technical Advisor.
Peter is currently the Programme / Project Manager, Management consultant and Technical Advisor at Peter Brook Projects. His also a Senior Technical Advisor at Technical Assistance Unit in National Treasury. He has previously the National Programme Manager of the Infrastructure Delivery Improvement Programme (IDIP) at National Treasury of South Africa. He also worked as a European Union (EU) funded Technical Advisor at Department of Public Works.
He studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and University of Pretoria. And with a background in civil engineering and a professional experience in programme & project management and management consulting, predominantly in the public sector, coupled with extensive training in Gestalt theory, Peter has merged his technical competencies with a people-focused approach to the way he works.
Whilst integrity, professionalism and technical proficiency are always at the core of what he does, his driving passion is to make a difference whilst sharing his expertise and experience with others and at the same time learning from them.
