GEARING OUR ORGANISATION FOR EFFECTIVE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Dr. Christopher Worsley has led UK based CITI since 1992. Regarded as a thought leader in managing the complex organisational and stakeholder issues during transition management: transferring from project to operational effectiveness, he acts as an advisor and assessor to board members and leaders of programmes in the financial, retail, energy, and government sectors.

Passionate about project management and ‘getting things done’, he is the author of many papers and articles on advanced project management subjects, on benefits realisation and the management of programmes.

Christopher moved to Cape Town in 2007 and jointly set up PiCubed, a sister company to CITI, sharing IP while translating the thinking and material to suit the South African organisational culture. He uses modern communications techniques –always on video conferencing and IT, together with frequent flights to combine the two roles.
