your inner world When we don’t have the energy to face things arounds us that need our attention then we must take control of our inner being. Let’s look at some practical steps on how to take care of yourself amidst the Covid-induced whirlwind of pain, discomfort and loss we are all facing. We are all facing loss of some sorts - of our hopes and dreams for the year we expected this to be, loss of stability, loss of our freedom, loss of household income or even more tragically the loss of loved ones. When we experience loss, we cannot expect things to carry on as normal. In order to move forward with this pain or discomfort we must be aware of what is going on inside of us to be able to function with the energy we need to bring to our daily lives including our jobs. Together we will look at some practical steps on how to move forward such as: how to focus on what’s in our control and what’s not, how to keep showing up and being present and how to foster healthy, supportive habits. Registration: Online registration is essential. Login Details will be sent to you closer to the time. Contact Hours: Earn one (1) contact hour for attending this event. This is a dedicated knowledge sharing event designed to help you accumulate professional development points in your respective industries, as well as with PMSA.
