B.Bus.Sci (Business Finance) UCT
B.Comm IS (Hons)

Tony consulted for 19 years before settling permanently at Pick n Pay. Working on projects mostly with SAP applications. He is currently managing development for Finance, Real Estate and HR. Tony has been involved in Agile processes since 2014 and he is a certified scrum master.  He has a strong interest in the human factors on projects, hence the interest in motivation.

Topic: Motivation on Projects and in the Locked down world

Exploring the major theories of motivation to help understand what motivates people. Consider one interesting contemporary theory of motivation followed by what we can do to help motivate our project teams.  How different it is with Lockdown – what are the challenges and what can we do to make it better for our teams and ourselves.
