About the Speaker


DR SALOMÉ VAN COLLER-PETER


I am a senior lecturer and researcher in Management Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB). I am also a registered industrial psychologist and professional coach who completed my M Comm in Industrial Psychology at the University of Johannesburg in 1986 and my doctorate in Management Coaching at Middlesex University, London, UK, in 2008. 
My private-practice focuses on alignment within team-contexts and I have a keen interest in Project Management teams.

Dr van Coller-Peter’s interactive presentation will involve some facilitation with slides, zoom teams to discuss/reflect, Q & A and a take-home questionnaire on “readiness for coaching”.
