ABOUT THE EVENT
|
Dr Salomé van Coller-Peter talks to us about The Project Manager as a coach. She has developed and rolled-out both the Certificate in Coaching at USB-ed as well as the University of Stellenbosch Business School’s internationally accredited MPhil in Management Coaching.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr Salomé van Coller-Peter
Dr Van Coller-Peter has a special interest in the coaching of project leaders and teams. She believes there needs to be alignment within teams in order to deliver on strategies and mandates. She follows a mixed-method approach to coaching. Team coaching and one-on-one coaching are combined to facilitate agreement in terms of the strategy and culture of an organisation.Her experience in Project management includes the management of a EU-project (supply-chain management for the engineering-sector); Shifting from a silo-business to a project-orientated organisation (power-industry); Building stronger relationships amongst HR-teams and their internal Customers (transport) amongst others. She also mentors and coaches executives from a wide range of industries.
