Taryn presents a snap-shot of trends in project management based on:
- Prevailing local and international industry and academic research
- Learnings that emerged at the PMSA National Conference in 2018
- Developments in 2019 around the professional status of project managers
These give insight into hiring trends and competency development in the project space; the state of the PMO, the emergence of the Agile PMO; and briefly reviews new literature developed by South African project management thought leaders.
