ABOUT THE EVENT
|
"Most of the Agile professionals and even so-called "Agilelists", struggles with what I will call: “The Spirit of Agile”. This is underlying essence, life-force or Chi of Agile. In the past few months, I started unpacking an emerging challenge in the Agile communal, which I believe is staring us all openly in the face.
The first prompt came while I were commissioned by a large financial institution to help them re-align and re-focus their Agile delivery framework. The assignment started with a long and concise list of “Agile challenges”, that had actually nothing to do with Agile."

Mayhew is an avid Agile enthusiast, evangelist and practitioner. He is extremely experienced in Agile delivery and transformation, and has an exceptional work ethic, as acknowledged by his clients.
