Management Principles from Bhagvad Gita

Project Management profession has evolved substantially over the years, however, still about 40% of the projects are either challenged or fail. This presentation looks towards the East to learn some lessons from Bhagvad Gita that can help project managers become more effective in their personal self and in making their projects a success. The skills and qualities discussed are important for transformational leadership.

PRESENTER:   Dinesh Sharma

Mr. Dinesh Sharma has more than two decades of experience in the Software Industry. As a PMP professional, he has been involved in managing both customer oriented and internal software development projects through multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams. He was instrumental in setting up PMO structure in his previous organizations and has vast global exposure having worked in geographies like USA, Middle East, Far East, Africa and India.
