Diane Norton

Diane Norton has over 15 Years experience in Project, Program and Organisational Change Management.  She has worked on numerous client assignment in the 7 years she worked at IBM including leading Organisational Change Teams for a large Transformation at Vodacom, and rolling out Cloud based HR system within IBM to Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Caribbean. 

Dianeloves the challenge of creating successful organizational transformation in complex situations, translating strategy into action while bridging Business & IT objectives that are critical to success.
