ABOUT THE EVENT

‘Thanks to new findings in the field of neuroscience, there are validated and valuable insights about the brain, and how we can use these to positively change – people, teams and organisations.’
Deconstructing drivers of team effectiveness: an INSIDE-OUT perspective through the lens of neuroscience.
Can what goes on inside our body-brain systems translate to behavioural application for team effectiveness? What does this mean for Project Managers now and in the future?
In this inside-out approach understanding how to influence a great team experience, we identify the drivers and derailers of optimal wellbeing for team performance, summarise the core competencies and how to develop these for team mastery, look at some of the latest research reflecting increased performance and revenue through diversity and innovation, highlight ways and opportunities for thinking differently for continuous learning and change, and in so doing, enhance our Project Management capability, and empower us as human beings and leaders.

Mandy Carlson, Founder I Coach I Consultant for carlson
Mandy Carlson is founder of carlson and works in the areas of neuroscience-based coaching, change consulting and organisational development (OD). Mandy is a certified coach with Neurozone using the FourCore Assessment to optimise wellbeing for performance, and Results Coaching through the Neuroleadership Institute, and is working towards accreditation with the ICF. She has an honours degree in Organisational Psychology, and continually studies in fields of interest.
Mandy has 20+ years of experience working with organisational leaders, teams and individuals – large corporates, educational organisations, SMMEs, entrepreneurs, and non-profits – focusing on performance through OD/Talent Management and coaching for behavioural change and improved performance.
