PMO Awards Submission Process & Timeline

- Any interested and eligible entrant may complete the Nomination Form by the due date of 18 July and provide a company logo in high resolution, by the deadline of 18 July.
- Nominees will be required to make payment of the applicable entry fees, referencing the invoice generated on submission of the online form.
- Information provided in the online nomination form will be evaluated by an initial adjudication panel and if successful, nominees will be invited (within two weeks of nomination submission) to submit their full entry package.
This consists of:
- A 50-60 minute PowerPoint presentation with voiceover, as described in the downloadable awards entry and video / presentation specification guidelines, and in accordance with the required discussion points. The deadline for the entry package is 20 September.
- Supporting documents in PDF format.
- Relevant permissions.
- An adjudication panel convened by PMSA and comprising subject matter experts, will judge the entry submissions according to the PMO Global Awards Criteria, detailed in a separate document.
- The finalists emerging from the entry phase will be informed of their success as a finalist one month prior to the PMSA National Conference, and invited to the awards ceremony.
- Winners and selected finalists may be invited to make a presentation at the PMSA National Conference.
- Award recipients will be interviewed for press releases and publication across the various PMSA channels.
- Winners will be assisted to complete their nominations for the greater regional and international component of the PMO Global Alliance Awards.
