PMSA Western Cape BREAKFAST Event - Interactive Discussion: Promoting Knowledge Sharing in Projects, Tuesday 29th July 2014' ABOUT THE WORKSHOP Promoting knowledge sharing in projects - How can we promote the sharing of lessons learned and promote project management communities of practice?
This facilitated workshop will draw upon project manager lessons learned stories and will allow participants to discuss and share their own practices and approaches to promoting learning in the project community.

** Limited seats available** ABOUT THE SPEAKER Louise is the Director of PiCubed, a project management education and consultancy company based in Cape Town and sister company to CITI, one the largest providers of accredited project management training in the UK. She is a project and programme consultant, with twenty years in a senior management role in the consultancy and education fields. Prior to moving into consultancy she was Director of Management Services for The University of East London in the UK. Louise has been a tutor, for over twenty years and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Cape Town where she is a member of the MSc in Project Management steering committee. She is a regular contributor to the Project Manager magazine, providing articles and case studies in a variety of project and programme management related areas and is the joint leader of the Success Stories Shared PMSA initiative to encourage the sharing of experiences and learning across the SA project manager community.
