ABOUT THE EVENT
Every project means change – for at least one group of stakeholders, often more. Managing change professionally is a crucial, unfortunately often neglected, part of delivering a successful project.
This PMSA-breakfast will engage project managers in more than ‘just’ a talk.
Participants of this workshop will be introduced to the 5 dimensions of change management that needs explicit attention throughout a project.
In addition, project managers will leave with:
- an understanding of how to identify impacted target groups and manage the change process throughout the life cycle of a project
- a practical framework to plan and track the activities for the change management WBS of a project
- having applied the framework to a real life project example
- a sharpened understanding of change and its importance
