TOPIC:   Projects in a Political System

We live in the world of politics. Projects are executed within specific political contexts. Are we as project managers aware that most of this time we manage politics through projects? How do we cope with political dynamics and remain apolitical as project managers?

PRESENTER:   Mr. Mondli Mbambo

Mondli Mbambo is a project management practitioner and scholar. He serves on the Executive Committee of the PMSA – KZN. He currently works for his two project management consulting firms (Mageza Project Management and Mageza Centre of Excellence for Project). Mondli Mbambo is the sought after Project Management facilitator. He conducts in-house project management trainings for various companies. He also lectures Project Management for Varsity College on a part-time basis. Mondli also worked with various project management consulting firms as the Project Manager.
