A survey conducted by Ms. Rethabile Thaba, MBA Student, Wits Business School.

Rethabile Thaba  I am a student at the Wits Business School. As part of my applied research project, I am conducting research on the factors that influence the ethical behaviour of project managers in South Africa. The results of this study will be used to help understand the perceptions of project managers towards ethics and the factors that influence their decision making when faced with ethical dilemmas.

PMSA's Knowledge Series is a broad term for initiatives that seek to close the gap in knowledge and data around project management. We ask you to make a contribution to better understanding project management as it is practiced on our continent, by completing the survey detailed below.
